I used to have hair like Hayley Williams but now it is in a shoulder length inverted bob,how can I g

My hair ws cut in October into a inverted bob, when my hair dresser cut the back of my hair alot shorter than the rest of my hair.I only asked for a trim cause i really liked the style i had.It looked very much like Hayley Williams.How can i get it back??The longest part of my hair is just above my shoulders.
