my little sister age 8 used to have bangs (when she was 5-6). now it is all grown, out, but i want her to have bangs again! and i keep asking my mom if i can cut it for her (i am 14 but i am like the family hair dresser- i cut all the girls hair, my sisters, mom, and self).. but my mom keeps saying no and the reason? she won't give me a reason, but i really wan to cut my sisters hair! how to i convince my mom to let me?

well does your sister want it done, because if its just cause you want it done to her an no one else wants it then NO means NO and your going to have to life with it and maybe cause your sister is getting older then maybe she wants a new look. if your sister wantsa it then how to convince your mum is by letting your sister ask her mum and then maybe instead of you doing then maybe take her to the hairdressers.
