Question for hair dresser?

hello,

does anyone know how to use redken'c color camo?

i have had it done in the salon.

but it's $30. and lasts for 2 hair cuts (4-6 weeks)

i would like to try at home.

seem to be easy

do you just mix equal parts color with developer ?

is it best to use 2 oz of each?

is that enough for a head?

also,

is Shades EQ better?

why is it better?

seems like the same semi-permanent hair color

thanks

Question for hair dresser?

If you're not a hairdresser, you shouldn't be able to get Redken color products to do your hair at home. However, to answer your question; Camo color is designed specifically for men and has a little more subtle look to it. Shades is a bit more versatile, has a larger shade selection, but still is a semi-permanent color designed to last 4 to 6 weeks. You mix up the amount of color that will saturate your hair adequately so the length and thickness of your hair determines the amount you need to mix. Since Redken color products are for professional use, they will not come with detailed written instructions. I don't recommend using them at home unless your a hairdresser yourself.
