Hi. I'm going to the hairdresser today just to get fly away strands of hair cut and split ends cut and I also want my hair layered a bit but I want barely any length or heaviness off my hair. How would I ask the hairdresser to do this? Usually when I ask they always cut it too short or thin it out too much.
