how did you get it cut, did you do it yourself, get a freind to do it, or go to the hair dresser and just ask for emo hair. I dont know what to do, i used to have it but i just kept hacking at it while it was growing untill it look ok but it was pretty bad, what should i di

Ha, I don't have 'emo' hair but I know a few people who do have that style. All you have to do is get a razor cut, in which a hairstylist will cut your hair is uneven layers to make it look choppy.

If your going for the bangs-over-eye thing, then just ask the hair dresser to cut you bangs into long side-swept ones.

I used to have kinda-sorta emo hair (if that makes sense lol).

Well when I originally got it cut, I wasn't going for an emo look, I just wanted nice layers. Unfortunately, it turned out bad, so I got help from a friend who cuts hair pretty well and she did it for me. To make it look a little more emo, we added chunks of blonde highlights. So I guess you could say I accidentally got emo hair lol.
