recently my hair grows anywhere from half an inch to a inch each month on it's own and i have relaxed hair but i want it be as long as it was before i cut it short right know its past my shoulders it used to be very long and i miss it. So any vitamin advice is useful. Also i get my hair relaxed every 2 months it doesn't break off and i usually have about 2 inches of new growth and when i went to get my hair relaxed last month i had 2 1/2 inches of new growth and my hair dresser always cuts an inch of should i get her to stop or shall i continue it cause it might be the reason that my hair is growing. I would not suggest using these pills. They basically have what regular vitamins have. It is such a waste of money. But Ive heard Prenatal Vitamins does wonders. Also try massaging with vitamin E Oil and taking the Pill form of it.
