Please go for change of diet. Natural foods will be beneficial.

Stop the trend right now before it aggravates.

Unfortunately, you cannot get rid of grey hair. Hair turns grey, basically, when the color dies.

It might be from stress, or it might also be genetic, ask you dad or any other male relation, on BOTH sides.

The only option, besides shaving you head, is to go make an appointment at a hair salon, they're not just for women you know. Maybe your mom knows a good hair stylist who can color your hair.

But, since you're a bit young, ask for non permanent hair color, since ammonia based is very strong. The color, even though non permanent, will still last up to four to six weeks.

Relax my little friend. From the sounds of your questions, I think I can give you a pretty good answer. You have all the "signs and symptoms" of that dreaded situation, but don't be alarmed. It is NOT fatal. It is called "teenager". I am raising my 16 yr. old grandson and his female friends all think their world is coming to an end. You are not overreacting or anything, just know that this will pass and regardless of how bad it seems, you will look back on it one day and realize things might not have been that bad. As far as your hair, lots of girls pay to get those high-lighted spots. That may just be heredity. Enjoy it, tell people you are making a fashion statement. Remember though, if you find in a situation that you think is too big to handle alone, go to your school counselor..that's why they are there. I hope this wasn't to fuddy duddy an answer honey, but I'm 55 so I've been there done that. And HEY what's wrong with being a "drama queen" once in a while. Good luck Baby..Enjoy being young.
