Trying to get "scene-ish" hair?

I really love this hair style, but not the CRAZY ones, just something simple with extensions and bangs.

Any tips on how i can get this hairstyle or how i can explain to the hair dresser on how to do the style, without cutting my hair?

Thanks

Trust me, I have naturally curly hair. I would love to have hair like that, but for hair like ours, it may require hours of straightening every day. That is all you need to do, but remember that you have to do it daily and it takes a lot of time %26amp; effort. I got tired of straightening my hair so I've stopped doing it.

Print the pic and take it with you, I do it all the time.

Go to a sylist, get your hair "relaxed", and a deep conditioning. Then you just need a good straightener =)

Well, you'll probably want to get your hair chemically straightened, otherwise it'll be a bxtch with a straightener every day.

Print out the pictures and bring it with you to the hairdresser.

And explain exactly what you want.

you need a flat iron.. you already have the part.. just straighten it out.. good luck!

okay well first your going to have to get a perm.

second cut your hair..or just the bang part to get bangs, then youll need extensions, where they can put in the looonng bang look and all the layers.

its a cool cut, but for us black girls= big $$

I cut my hair kinda short and put in a bunch of highlights, it looked awesome and I didint have to pay for extensions. it kinda looked like rhianna's hair kinda. but light brown. it cost me about $200

good luck

ok will first of all that hair style isnt really scene. lol. i think you may want to get a perm that will make your hair strait for like 6 months because your hair is really curly. then just go to the hairstylist with those pics. its a pretty simply style, and they'll know what to do. just be VERY clear you do not want to get your hair cut, just styled.

Just explain to the hairdresser what you're looking for and bring those pictures with you so they'll have an idea of what you're looking for. And there's different ways to put extentions in there's glue, the braided tracks where you sew it to the braids, etc. Just make sure that your vocal about what you want and let her know you don't want to cut you're hair.

Good luck! I had that style for prom it was gorgeous.

print your favourite pic and bring it with you, your hairdresser will most likely know what to do....

Go for it the last one i think looks great for you. Relaxer will probably be in order or you will have to straightner. Best way, bring in the pictuers to your hair dresser and explai a bit. Pictures help them a great deal.
